VIP Day

Is this for you?

This day is specifically designed to enable you to take a deep pause and take stock of where you are at and where you’re headed. Perhaps you want to explore your future self n detail, to dive deep into your career purpose, or maybe you just need a bit of headspace to think and see a different path.

Sometimes simply getting out of your usual environment with the support of a guide is all it takes to open your perspective and see things a little differently.

I appreciate beautiful aesthetics, so this day will fill your senses bringing a sense of deep calm , nourishment and peace.

The day is for individuals or for two friends.

The Day
Tailored based on your needs and can include elements of the following:

  • Dedicated coaching time with me throughout the day with a focused end result

  • Hiking

  • Vision Boarding

  • Yoga / movement / dance

  • Music therapy

  • Emotion freedom technique

  • Colour therapy

  • Writing therapy

  • Guided meditation

  • Nourishing lunch and snacks

  • Energy work - clearing blocks, trauma, interference, childhood patterns

Location

Until late November 2026, VIP days will be held in either Christchurch or Wanaka new Zealand.

£700 for an individual

£610 for an individual (two friends)
